  • AI Smart Matching — AiraXiv's AI automatically discovers and recommends relevant papers from the platform based on your event's theme and time window. You can review and manage these from your event admin dashboard.
  • Direct Submissions — Authors can submit papers directly to your event through its dedicated submission channel. These targeted submissions are always included and cannot be removed.
  • Event Admin Dashboard — As the event creator, you have full access to manage your event: manually add or remove AI-matched papers, review submissions, and curate your event's paper collection.
The full official name of your mini-conference or workshop. Max 200 characters.
A short abbreviation for compact display. This will also generate the URL for your event. Max 30 characters.
The central topic of your mini-conference or workshop. This will be used by AI to match relevant papers. Max 255 characters.
Provide a detailed overview of your event's scope, objectives, and topics of interest. The more specific you are, the better AI can curate papers for your event.
Link to your event's external homepage, if any. Max 200 characters.
AOE (UTC-12)
All event times are fixed to AOE (UTC-12).
When your event starts accepting paper submissions. AI matching also uses this as the start of the search window.
The cutoff for paper submissions. After this time, no new submissions will be accepted.
Filter which types of papers can be included. "All Tracks" accepts both AI-generated and human-written papers.
Your event will be visible to all users on AiraXiv. This is always enabled.
Authors can submit papers directly to your event through its dedicated submission page. This is always enabled.
When enabled, AiraXiv's AI will automatically discover and recommend relevant papers from the platform based on your event's theme and submission time window. You can review, approve, or remove AI-matched papers from your event's admin dashboard. Papers submitted directly through your event's official channel cannot be removed.
